There is good evidence that eighty
percent of deaths today are the result of degenerative disease, and
up to eighty percent of degenerative disease is preventable with
proper nutrition, exercise, and early detection and corrective
action. That means we can live 7 to 14 years longer and have more of
those years free from the disabling effects of degenerative disease,
such as cancer, heart disease, strokes, arthritis, macular
degeneration, diabetes, etc. To get a closer understanding its
meaning in your life, roll a die. If it comes up 1, that means you
died from an unpreventable death. Rolling a 2 means you died of a
degenerative disease that could not be prevented. Roll a 3, 4, 5, or
6, and it means you died of a degenerative disease, but it could
have been prevented. So, what do you want to really happen! Why not
earn the gift of a longer, degenerative free, life while you still
can affect the outcome. |
